As the days get longer and warmer we all get excited to get outside, stretch our limbs and maybe dig in the dirt a little.
The benefits to gardening far outweigh anything that could be seen as a detriment, as long as we do it safely. I know, I know that’s no fun, but when we haven’t been outside for months and frankly our skin has not been kissed by the sun, we need to really take some precautionary measures. Another consideration is how winter time finds us more sedentary than normal, defiantly my situation, our muscles may not be ready to get outside either.
Through the next few blogs on Think Sarah! we are going to talk about all things spring and gardening, getting outside and enjoying the warmer days ahead. I do look forward to feedback and thoughts from all of you! What you do to help get ready for spring. How you tackle those dirty gardens without getting hurt. Also do you have any tips or tricks for us?
Please comment below, I would love to hear from you!
Get ready to garden!
Blessings,
Sarah D
